About Frank
I moved to New Hope in the 1980s, after my time in the Army. My brother Billy, rest his soul, introduced me to New Hope’s nightlife. Within a few months, I was proudly hired as a New Hope police officer.
The job of Mayor is ultimately one of public safety and community advocacy. In my role as a police officer, I have served under six mayors and five police chiefs. I know from experience how to put the public interest first and to be creative in how we serve the community.
During my tenure, I introduced the first bike patrol and served as its first officer, a solution to ensuring our town is safe and orderly even while welcoming loads of visitors to our beloved river town.
I also have firsthand, on-the-job experience supporting our most vulnerable residents. I'm a certified investigator for elder abuse and certified in crisis intervention. I’ve been on Bucks County's major incidents response team for the past 20 years.
As an advocate for community policing and an empathetic officer with pride in our diverse community, I will ensure New Hope remains a thriving and livable home for all residents.
Devoted to preserving the beauty and character of New Hope, I’ve also served on the Shade Tree Commission for 25 years and volunteer frequently for various local arts festivals.
Finally, I'm proud to say I’m a lifelong Democrat and public servant and am excited to be your next mayor.
